A series of anti particle sedimentation pumps have been developed to address the problem of oil wells containing a high amount of sand and other impurities depositing on the valve seat, causing premature failure of the oil well pump, shortening the maintenance free period of the oil well, and greatly increasing oil production costs. These pumps can effectively prevent impurities from settling on the valve seat, ensuring the reliability of the valve seat, thereby improving pumping efficiency and extending the pump inspection cycle.

Structural characteristics and principles:

The pump is composed of a drain body, a fixed valve, and an isolation sleeve connected to the lower end on the basis of a full barrel pump. They are threaded together, and an isolation sleeve is connected to the upper end of the fixed valve. The upper side of the isolation sleeve has an oil outlet hole, and the top of the isolation sleeve is threaded together with a solid separation umbrella. The pump utilizes an isolation sleeve and a separation umbrella installed on a fixed valve to allow various impurities to deposit into the middle of the housing and isolation sleeve through the oil outlet hole of the isolation sleeve, avoiding their deposition at the valve seat, ensuring the reliability of the valve ball seat and extending the pump's life. At the same time, the pump is made of anti-corrosion and wear-resistant materials, with a chrome plated surface treatment, highlighting the pump's characteristics of anti sand jamming, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
