Structure and working principle
The device mainly consists of an upper joint, a central tube, a rubber cup, a sealing seat, a positioning sleeve, an "O" - shaped sealing ring, and a single flow valve group.
When used for wellhead inspection, connect the downhole tool with a tubing and run it into the well. As the maximum outer diameter of the rubber cup is greater than the inner diameter of the casing, the rubber cup can be sealed in a free state. Install the wellhead and apply pressure from the oil pipe according to the specified pressure value in the construction design to verify the sealing of the wellhead.
When used for well flushing and leak prevention to protect the formation, it is installed under the oil well pump and on the tail pipe. During normal oil production, it does not affect the upward flow channel and liquid level monitoring of the oil well. At the same time, due to the maximum outer diameter of the cup rubber cylinder being greater than the inner diameter of the casing, the cup rubber cylinder can be sealed in a free state, which can partially reduce the backpressure of the annular liquid column of the oil sleeve on the oil layer and play a role in negative pressure oil recovery; At the same time, during oil well flushing, the annular space of the oil sleeve and the downward passage of the oil pipe below the pump can be sealed, which can effectively prevent the flushing fluid from leaking into the formation from the annular space of the oil sleeve and the oil pipe, polluting the oil layer or crushing the well, reducing the amount of water used for flushing, improving the efficiency of flushing, and reducing the cost of flushing; The most important thing is to prevent water from entering the reservoir, and correspondingly reduce the oil well drainage cycle after well washing, thereby increasing the effective well opening time and crude oil production.
