Structure and working principle

The K344 steel skeleton packer consists of six parts: a lower joint, a floating head, a rubber cylinder, a central pipe, an inlet hole, and an upper joint. The rubber cylinder is a three-layer structural rubber cylinder with a high elasticity and high-strength stainless steel strip as the skeleton layer.

The K344 steel skeleton packer is a hydraulic expansion type packer, which is suspended and fixed, hydraulic seated, and hydraulic unsealed. Seal the annular space of oil and casing by expanding outward with the rubber cylinder.

The expansion coefficient is large, and using a small diameter rubber cylinder can seal the large diameter wellbore. The 70mm packer was used in a 7-inch casing with a failure pressure of 28MPa.

High temperature resistance level: 125 ℃~150 ℃, special requirements can reach 180 ℃.
The pressure difference is large, and the working pressure can reach 70MPa, with a maximum pressure of 85MPa.
