The hydraulic oil pipe self sealing device designed and manufactured by our company is a semi sealing well sealing device with hydraulic control, quick opening and closing, and closed annulus. It is suitable for use in backflushing sand construction operations and daily oil pipe lifting operations. It can also be used for forced tripping operations through chamfered oil pipe couplings when using buffer energy storage devices. Solved the problem of overflow or intermittent spraying, and solved the problem of complex equipment and high wellhead.
Structure and working principle
The structure of the hydraulic oil pipe self sealing device mainly consists of an upper shell, a lower shell, a hydraulic annular rubber core, a sealing ring, etc.
Working principle: The hydraulic oil pipe self sealing device uses the principle of rubber compression deformation and restoring its original state after pressure relief to seal and open the annulus.
When the hydraulic oil pipe self sealing device is installed and needs to seal the well, start the hydraulic oil pump, close the return oil gate, and open the high-pressure oil inlet gate. The high-pressure hydraulic oil enters through the oil inlet hole of the shell and drives the deformation of the annular rubber core, gradually gripping the oil pipe and other pipe columns to achieve the purpose of sealing the annular space.
When it is necessary to lift and lower the pipe column and open the closed annular space, close the high-pressure oil inlet gate and open the return oil gate. The high-pressure hydraulic oil enters the high-pressure oil pipeline through the oil inlet hole of the shell and flows back to the hydraulic oil tank. The hydraulic annular rubber core, which is no longer under high pressure, will return to its original state. Release the clamping oil pipe and other pipe columns, and the annular space will also open, allowing for unobstructed lifting and lowering of the pipe column.
