At present, oil fields often adopt well killing measures for intermediate injection wells with low wellhead pressure and wells with overflow after hole repair. However, after well killing, there may be situations such as pressure leakage or pressure death, which not only causes damage to the well condition, but also prolongs the construction period and causes environmental pollution. Therefore, we have developed this type of pressure operated oil pump, which effectively solves this problem.

Structure and working principle

This pump is equipped with a pressure operation anti spray device on the basis of a regular pump. The pressure operation anti spray device is installed at the lower end of the regular pump. During the process of lowering the pump, the sealing sleeve end face forms a seal with the fixed valve seat joint, which prevents oil and gas from entering the pump pipe and plays an anti spray role, ensuring the safe operation of the operation. When the pressure operated oil well pump is lowered to the design depth, the oil well pump string is subjected to pressure testing according to the design requirements, with a pressure of 6-8MPa. The pin is cut off, and the sealing core shaft is sprayed out of the sealing sleeve by the inertia of the explosive force, falling into the oil pipe connected to the lower end of the pump. The valve ball is seated to achieve the fixed suction function of the valve.
