It is mainly suitable for tail pipes that can be lowered to the middle and upper parts of the oil layer without releasing gas from the casing. Our company's ultra deep load reducing and anti gas oil well pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with API Spec 11AX-2006, GB/T18607-2017, SY/T5059-2009 and other standards. It is mainly suitable for tail pipes that can be lowered to the middle and upper parts of the oil layer without releasing gas from the casing. This not only solves the problem of air lock during pumping, but also deeper than ordinary pumping.

Structure and working principle

The pump mainly consists of an upper coupling, an outer pipe upper coupling, a clamping ring, a sealing ring, an outer pipe, an inner pump barrel, an outer pipe lower coupling, a lower reducing coupling, an integral plunger, and a fixed valve assembly.
During the upstroke, the plunger rises, the fixed valve opens for oil inlet, and the upstream and downstream dynamic valves close for oil discharge. When the lower end of the plunger leaves the middle hole of the pump barrel, the outer tube chamber is connected to the lower chamber of the middle hole of the pump barrel, and the gas in the well fluid inside the pump rises until the upstroke ends.

When the down stroke occurs, the plunger descends, the fixed valve closes, and the movable valve opens to discharge oil. When the upper end of the plunger enters the middle hole of the pump barrel, the outer tube chamber is connected to the oil pipe. At this time, gas in the middle empty tube escapes, and the outer tube chamber is filled with well fluid until the down stroke is completed, thus completing a suction process.

The setting of the outer pipe opens up a channel for the gas inside the pump, thereby increasing the filling coefficient of the liquid in the working cylinder, reducing the gas-liquid ratio inside the pump, eliminating gas interference, and improving pump efficiency.

In addition, the sealing at the upper end of the inner pump barrel is made of special rubber material (with strong corrosion resistance, not easy to fail, and long service time) to seal the mutated joint between the inner pump barrel and the outer pipe. The lower end is fixed at the lower variable diameter joint and adopts end face sealing, which not only ensures that the inner pump barrel is only connected to the outer pipe chamber, but also the upper end of the inner pump barrel is suspended, which is not subjected to tension during operation, and the outer pipe bears all tension, Therefore, our pump goes deeper into the well than a regular pump.
